Enterprise Resource Planning

For the day the spreadsheets stop coping. One system where your operations finally agree with each other.

In plain words

An ERP is one system that runs several parts of the business — stock, purchasing, jobs, invoicing, sometimes payroll — so they share the same numbers instead of each keeping their own. The value is not the features. It is that nobody has to reconcile anything.

You know this is you when…

  • The same order is typed into three places, and one of them is always wrong.
  • Purchasing does not know what sales promised until the stock is not there.
  • Closing the month is a reconciliation exercise, not a report.
  • You have been quoted for an ERP and the price included a great deal you do not need.

What we build

Only the parts you actually run
We build the two or three areas that hurt, joined properly. A full suite is not a starting point — it is a thing to grow into, if ever.
One number, one place
Stock, orders and invoices read from the same record, so agreement is structural rather than something a person does at month-end.
It fits the way you work
Your process stays yours. Off-the-shelf ERP is often abandoned because the business was asked to change shape to suit the software.
Room to grow, not a rebuild
Built so a fourth area can be added later without starting again.

Questions people ask

Isn’t ERP only for big companies?
The expensive ones are. The idea — one system, one set of numbers — scales down perfectly well. What does not scale down is buying a suite built for a thousand staff and paying to switch off most of it.
How long before we can use it?
You use the first working part before the rest exists. We build in order of what hurts most, so value arrives early rather than on a launch date.
What if we already have accounting software?
Then we keep it. Accounting is the one thing most SMEs already have working, and replacing it is usually cost without benefit — we connect to it instead.
