Customer Relationship Management
Give your customers a place to log in and deal with you — instead of chasing threads across WhatsApp.
In plain words
A customer portal is your own system that your customers sign into. They raise a request, see where it stands, read what was agreed and what it costs, and get an answer — all in one place that belongs to you. A CRM is the other side of that same system: the record your team works from. One system, two doors.
You know this is you when…
- Customers reach you across several chat threads, and the history lives on whoever’s phone saw it.
- The same question gets answered twice, differently, by two people.
- A customer asks “where is my order?” and someone has to go and find out.
- When a staff member leaves, the conversations they were holding leave with them.
- You cannot show a customer what was agreed six months ago without scrolling a chat.
What we build
- A door for your customers
- They log in and see their own requests, quotes, orders and history — no group chat, no forwarding, no “let me check and get back to you”.
- One record your team works from
- Every request lands in the same place with an owner and a next step, so nothing depends on somebody remembering.
- A history that can be shown
- What was asked, quoted, agreed and delivered, with dates. A disagreement a year later has an answer both sides can read.
- Your data, on your system
- The record lives in your database, not inside a third party’s. Nothing here depends on another company’s platform, its export rules, or its pricing next year.
Questions people ask
- Do our customers really log in?
- That is the point of it. A login is what makes the history theirs to read rather than yours to re-send — and it is what stops the same question being asked three times in three places.
- What about customers who prefer to message?
- They still can, by phone or in person, and your team records it in the same system. What we do not do is plug into a third party’s messaging platform and pull data out of it — your record should not depend on another company’s API or its terms next year.
- Is off-the-shelf cheaper?
- Often yes, and we will say so if it is true for you. Off-the-shelf is worth it when your process is ordinary. It stops being cheap when the version you need requires so much configuring and working-around that you are paying for a custom build anyway, on someone else’s foundations.
- Adakah data pelanggan kami milik kami?
- Ya. Rekod disimpan dalam pangkalan data anda sendiri, bukan dalam platform pihak ketiga. Anda boleh mengeksport, memindah atau menutupnya bila-bila masa tanpa meminta izin sesiapa.
